I think what I like the most about this, and the whole 'verse in general, is how readily you slip into Eames' point of view. Nothing seems weird about his asexuality. The way you describe it, and narrative his thoughts, it seems completely normal and it is Arthur (and everyone else) that has these strange and baffling desires.
I not ace myself, but this fic maybe helps me understand, by separating the need to touch someone and make them happy from any actual sexual desire. For a number of baggage-related reasons that's actually really healing to me, as well. I really like this Eames and I hope you write more, even after Kiss Trick is done. <3
