you know, I'm really interested in how you've interpreted some things differently than I thought of them while writing. The privacy thing, for example, is something I used to fight with my SO about - I just don't care if he looks at my stuff bc that kind of thing just never bothered me, but he'd freak if I did the same. :/ it's just about how people are different, really, to me, but I kind of like your interpretation all the same. Arthur would know how truly futile keeping secrets is. Maybe it's both those things at once.
I'm so glad you liked the Venn diagrams. The are Relevant to my Interests and, ngl, I sorta lol'd writing that line. :D It's one of my favorites.
re: the dildo thing, what you said was my original idea, but since you've mentioned it I realized it's not the penetration that's the point. I'll write it into later parts, you'll see. (this story is pretty much about ironing the little rough spots you get in the start of relationships. Which doesn't mean you never fight after that, but this is the bit where they're still feeling out the boundaries.)
