I don't know if I said, but being told you liked the first version was SUCH a relief. I was like, "What is this stupid angsty shit? Who would even want to read that?" and positive reaction GAVE ME STRENGTH.
Also how you've magically fixed the way I can't ever seem to remember what tense I'm writing in. ;)
