tbh most of my participation in TS fandom (including writing... yikes XD) happened way before I watched any actual episodes. I remember looking at screen caps of the actors, deeming them unattractive to my tastes, and proceeding to imagine my own independently formed mental images of the characters (as derived from things I read, natch) as I read and wrote. /o\
